If you have a concern about any product distributed through Accrue, the service you received, or the distribution process, write to us. Most matters are resolved directly and promptly.

Accrue follows a structured escalation process. If your complaint is not resolved at one level, you may escalate to the next.

Response timelines
Our commitments
- Every complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days of receipt.
- Routine queries (NAV, statements, transaction status) will be resolved within 7 working days.
- Complaints requiring coordination with AMCs, PMS managers, or other manufacturers will be resolved within 15 working days.
- If resolution requires more time, Accrue will inform you of the expected timeline and the reason for the delay before the 15-day period ends.
