Investor Charter.
Your rights and our obligations as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor.
Vision
To be a trusted, research-led distributor of investment products, helping affluent families make informed decisions across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and other regulated instruments.
Mission
To provide transparent, well-researched access to investment products from an open-architecture shelf — without conflicts of interest, without product-pushing, and with full disclosure of how Accrue is compensated.
Rights of investors
As an investor working with Accrue, you have the right to:
- Receive complete and accurate information about the products being distributed, including risks, costs, and suitability considerations.
- Know how Accrue earns its compensation — distribution commissions paid by product manufacturers, not fees charged to you.
- Access your portfolio information, transaction records, and account statements at any time.
- Lodge a complaint and receive a timely response through a clearly defined escalation process.
- Receive fair, honest, and transparent service without mis-selling or pressure to invest in unsuitable products.
- Switch, redeem, or exit your investments subject to the terms of the respective product and applicable regulations.
Obligations of investors
For a productive relationship, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate personal, financial, and KYC information as required under applicable regulations.
- Read and understand the scheme-related documents, key information memoranda, and risk disclosures before investing.
- Inform Accrue promptly of any change in your contact details, bank account, nomination, or KYC status.
- Make investment decisions based on your own assessment of risk and suitability, using the information provided.
- Do not share your login credentials, OTPs, or account access with anyone, including Accrue team members.
Service standards
Accrue commits to the following service standards:
Response timelines
- Acknowledgment of complaints: within 2 working days of receipt.
- Resolution of routine queries: within 7 working days.
- Resolution of complaints requiring manufacturer coordination: within 15 working days.
- If a complaint cannot be resolved within the stated timeframe, Accrue will inform the investor of the expected timeline and the reason for the delay.
Do’s for investors
- Verify that Accrue is registered with AMFI (ARN 162637) before transacting.
- Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
- Assess your risk appetite and investment horizon before selecting products.
- Keep records of all investment transactions and communications.
- Report any suspicious activity or unsolicited investment advice to SEBI.
- Use the grievance redressal mechanism if you have a complaint — start with Accrue, then escalate to SEBI SCORES if unresolved.
Don’ts for investors
- Do not invest based on unsolicited tips, guaranteed return promises, or pressure from any source.
- Do not share your passwords, PINs, OTPs, or login credentials with anyone.
- Do not make payments to personal accounts of any individual — all payments should go through official channels only.
- Do not fall for fraudulent schemes offering assured or fixed returns — mutual fund investments are subject to market risks.
- Do not ignore communications from Accrue, AMCs, or regulators regarding your investments.
Grievance redressal
